Refunds and Returns

At Anonymous Friend, we strive to provide high-quality, supportive, and meaningful services, including one-on-one audio calls and digital products. Since our services are provided immediately after payment, we maintain a no-refund policy once the service has been delivered. Please read the following terms carefully before using our services.

1. No Returns on Services Provided

As our services consist of private, one-on-one audio calls for emotional support, they cannot be returned once they have been provided. Once a session has begun, it is considered fully delivered, and therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds for completed calls.

Similarly, digital products (such as guides and e-books) are delivered electronically upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, these purchases are non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Once your payment is processed, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • If you decide to discontinue the call before completion.
  • If you are terminated from the call due to inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.
  • If you are unable to use the service for any technical reasons outside of our control.
  • If you change your mind about a purchased digital product.

You are free to cancel your booking at any time. However, this will not automatically trigger a refund. If you would like a refund or to reschedule, please email us at loneliness.relief (at) gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds are not processed automatically and may take up to 15 days. The refunded amount will be the remaining balance after Stripe’s processing fees are deducted. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

1:1 Audio Calls:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients. Rescheduling is only permitted with a proper 24 hours notice. Missed appointments without prior notice will result in forfeited payment.

Digital Products:

Since digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, cancellations are not applicable.

4. Disrespectful Behavior and Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate your session if any disrespectful behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct is exhibited. In such cases, the call will be ended immediately, and no refund will be issued, regardless of the circumstances.

5. Technical Issues

1:1 Audio Calls:

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from connecting to or participating in your call, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues on our end. However, if the issue is beyond our control or caused by your equipment or internet connection, no refund will be provided.

Digital Products:

If you experience issues accessing a purchased digital product, please reach out to us for assistance. We will provide support to ensure you receive your product, but refunds will not be issued.

6. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By making a payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for completed services or delivered digital products. If a dispute is raised, we reserve the right to provide proof of service or product delivery, which may include timestamps, email confirmations, and communication logs.
